We have just been advised that, effective immediately, the Port Authority will not permit chauffeured car services to pick-up any passengers at LGA Terminal B, due to ongoing construction. Passengers will need to take the Green Route Shuttle Bus (or walk about 10 minutes) to the remote Pick-Up Area.  The Shuttle may be accessed at Pick-up Area 11B on the Arrivals Level.   

The Port Authority has made these changes without any warning and the remote lot is not equipped to handle the volume anticipated, so you can expect delays.  Please be assured that we will do our utmost to make coordinating you and your vehicle as easy as possible given these extraordinarily disruptive circumstances.

If you have the option of using any other NYC metropolitan airport for your travel, we strongly suggest you do so for the foreseeable future. Please share this information with all LaGuardia travelers. ( Link to Port Authority Notice.)
