sed to announce that Patricia Guerrero-Knight has been named Development Coordinator. Ms. Guerrero-Knight, has been with the LOPL since 2013 performing progressive responsibilities with communications, marketing, and public relations.
As Development Coordinator, her responsibilities will include fundr
aising and ac
quiring in-kind contributions and sponsorships. She will conduct research to identify funding sources, develop case statements, and prepare and present funding proposals. She will identify and evaluate grant opportunities and coordinate donor stewardship and recognition.
Ms. Guerrero-Knight's experience includes working as the Sales and Business Development Manager of the Children's Discovery Museum of San Jose, CA where she oversaw the sale of copyrighted intellectual property. More recently, she served as the Director of Marketing and Branding for the Coastal Heritage Society and supervised the opening of Phase I of the the Savannah Children's Museum.
