Driving Accountability in your Organization
The second of a 3-part leadership development series
Presented by Will Shain, Founder & President
Accountability in an organization is just as important as anything else people do on the job. It means that every single team member has made a personal commitment to meet or exceed the company's goals. It's not a bullet point on a job description but rather a mentality embodied by all. In this environment, employees never stop asking themselves, "What else can I do to ensure that I am performing at optimal levels?" And it starts at the top... with the Leader.
In this workshop, you will learn:
  • What a culture of accountability or non-accountability looks like
  • How you build a culture of accountability
  • What it takes to reset a company culture
Those attending will leave with priceless solutions to improving their business performance, in the second part of a 3-part leadership development series that also includes "The 7 Cardinal Sins of the Small Business Owner" (April 19) and "The Ideal Customer Profile for You and Your Team" (June 14). The series is offered at a discounted rate of $49, with all registration fees donated to The Plymouth Recover Center.
