Easter Sunday Pot-Luck Brunch
Please BYFT (Bring Your Favorite Treats) and food to share for a casual, in-between  Easter services on Easter Sunday, April 16th at 8:30 am. We will provide the coffee, plates and utensils. Let's keep the celebration going for our fabulous new church home, and enjoy getting to know each other and our visitors!
The Episcopal Church of Colorado and Mike Orr made this video for us.
Remember Soles for Souls?

This Sunday, our church will be full of dedicated members as well as new visitors!  It is more important than ever that we save our up-close parking for folks who need it the most, so please 'save some souls' by wearing out your soles, and park in in the park (walk a little further, from Cheeseman park that is, if you are able), or find another way to get to church that doesn’t involve parking close-by.  (There’s a Denver B-Cycle station at Colfax and Gaylord, and Lyft and Uber would love your ride-share business!)

Thank you so much for understanding.  Remember to smile while you burn those calories, knowing you are making someone else's day!

Help Wanted:  Tour Guides & Storytellers
Doors Open Denver - April 29 & 30
Are you looking for a way to volunteer at St. Barnabas?  How about signing up to welcome visitors as we host Doors Open Denver on the weekend of April 29th and 30th?  We’ve made a cool fact-sheet all about our church history, architecture and design so it will be easy to tell stories and show people around.

We also need help in the weeks leading up to the event:  Creating a new welcome brochure, hanging signs, tidying up the church corners, making slideshows of photos, setting up and hanging pictures, and more!

To sign-up as a volunteer, please go to our Sign-Up Genius link (free and fast) or click on the link below.  Please contact Robbie.Hobein@stbdenver.org or 303-949-5909 if you have any questions. Thank you!

11th Annual Urban Good Friday Pilgrimage for Peace, Downtown Denver
April 14 (tomorrow):  9:00 am - 11:15 am

Join the Episcopal Peace Fellowship as we journey with Jesus in downtown Denver on Good Friday.  Visit sites where the needs of our lowest-income and homeless brothers and sisters are served (e.g. the Saint Francis Center, El Centro Humanitario); pray with us and learn about the services the organizations provide.  This stations of the cross pilgrimage begins at the 1999 Broadway building, near the war memorial statue (on the 19th and California St. side of the building).  Note: if it is cold, we will meet inside the building on the side near the statue.  This is the time, more than ever, to show our love for, and support of, those who are struggling—with homelessness, with immigration problems, with prejudice, intolerance, etc.  We meet at 9:00 am and finish by 11:15, so we can attend noon Good Friday services.
