From J&J's great (and fun to watch!) website: jandjasphalt.com

"Joe and Jana Wyson established J&J in 1981 on the principle of delivering value to every customer. We have taken extreme pride in our work by providing superior products and customer service. When our customers need us, we are there.
J&J Enterprises is an asphalt paving and maintenance provider. We build roads, parking lots, driveways and schoolyards. We provide cost-reducing maintenance to beautify existing asphalt, stop damage and extend its life. J&J makes repairs when possible and replaces what can't be fixed. We also provide concrete, striping and sign services for public spaces where function, safety and regulations are primary concerns. J&J shows customers how to extend the life of their investments, attract new business and avoid costly repairs with sensible maintenance.
In addition to all of our skills, we are a family too. Many of our team members have worked at J&J for decades, and with that dedication comes experience. We understand how to solve problems together and remain innovative. We LOVE what we do. It is more important than ever to provide J&J customers with the greatest value - and we do it - every day. We are skilled tradesmen, and we care as much as our customers do about our projects.
We started as a small mom-and-pop shop with a labor force of two. Today, we are nearly 100 strong with contractor licenses in Nevada and Arizona. J&J is a team of skilled tradesmen, providing affordable, highest-quality asphalt, concrete and sign solutions."

Sincerely,
