All sophomores will attend a motivational leadership workshop from Ted Wiese on
Tuesday, Mar. 28 during the school day.
Ted,
an annual presenter at CJ, comes to us from Carmel, Indiana and engages students in activities that grow skills in teamwork, problem-solving, and communication (see more details
).
On this day, the sophomore class will be split into two groups to attend this half-day workshop. While one group attends the workshop, the other will follow their normal class schedule. The two groups will switch in the afternoon.
This leadership training will use a combination of real life stories and dynamic activities to challenge our sophomores to become positive leaders in their communities. If you have questions about this experience, please contact me.

From the Chaplain's Office
Last week, all students were given the opportunity to participate in the Sacrament of Reconciliation (Confession) during their religion classes. This is only possible through the generosity of several local priests who gave up their time to celebrate with us. If you know any of these priests, please thank them for their service:
- Fr. Ethan Moore (St. Peter/OL Rosary/Holy Cross/St. Adalbert)
- Fr. Chris Worland (St. Albert the Great)
- Fr. Jim Russell, SM (UD Retired)
- Fr. Jim Fitz, SM (UD VP for Mission and Rector)
- Fr. Greg Konerman (Holy Angels/St. Anthony)
- Fr. Ted Cassidy, SM (UD Campus Ministry)
- Fr. Kip Stander, SM (UD Campus Ministry)
- Fr. Ed Pratt (Ascension)
- Fr. Angelo Anthony, C.PP.S. (Emmanuel/Holy Trinity/St. Joseph)
- Fr. Emmanuel Fale (Emmanuel)
Just a reminder, that I am available during lunches on Tuesday and other times by appointment for the Sacrament of Reconciliation.
