Sacred chant is a way of focusing that helps us enter into the holy intention of a phrase from a prayer or text. By using simple melodies and repeating sacred phrases, chanting can be a powerful tool to open our hearts, become more calm and centered and to heal ourselves. Facilitated by Cantor Abrams.
A contemplative, slow, quiet and mindful experience, centered around the prayers of the morning service. Enrich Shabbat with an open heart, a sense of gratitude and a deeper connection to God. Facilitated by Cantor Abrams.

S.T.E.P. relies on donations from this drive to keep food available to families in need. Most needed items:  soup, chicken stock,  dry and canned beans/lentils,canned fruit in 100% juice, whole grains, whole wheat pasta, spaghetti sauce, canned tomatoes, canned tuna and salmon, peanut butter and jelly, cereal, evaporated milk and baking products. B'nai Mitzvah families will be packing 613 toiletry bags to distribute to the homeless by "The Sandwich Guy," Alan Law. Consider donating travel size toiletries: mints, toothbrushes, toothpaste, dental floss, shampoo, bodywash, deodorant, chapstick, all-purpose wipes, combs, brushes, socks.
