When buying, or selling real estate, clients need an agent that is licensed, knowledgeable, high energy, and well connected in the community. Christy has over 20 years' sales experience in Southern Maryland as a senior sales manager. Prior to joining RE/MAX One, Christy was the General Manager for the Southern Maryland Newspaper group, which spreads across the three Southern Maryland Counties.  With that extensive senior sales background, Christy is well connected and understands the Southern Maryland region and Real Estate markets.

Christy's home is on the Chesapeake Bay in Calvert County, and she enjoys everything the bay has to offer. Christy was brought up as a little girl on the Bay spending weekends with her Grandparents at their beach cottage. Christy's husband and their two dogs enjoy spending time on the beach, paddling in their kayaks, taking long walks collecting sharks' teeth, or hiking in the beautiful nearby trails that surround the Chesapeake Bay. They have 5 grown children and 4 grandchildren that also were brought up in Southern Maryland. Additionally, with their children being very active, Christy was very involved in the local schools, organized sports teams and programs sponsored by parks and recreation.

Christy is also an active community volunteer and thinks it is important to be connected while giving back to the community. Christy is a member of the Calvert County Chamber of Commerce where she serves as Chamber Ambassador working with new businesses and people moving to the county. Christy and her husband are also members of the St Mary's County Chamber of Commerce as well as the Patuxent Partnership and Navy Alliance as her husband has been a Senior Leader for Defense Contractor Companies supporting the base for over 35 years. They are strong supporters of the military and are proud parents of a United States Marine.

Christy is a strong family person that enjoys working with people and helping them make those complicated real estate decisions easier and less stressful. Christy always puts her clients first and has a very strong work ethic and high energy for selling real estate.

Christy will be working primarily out of our Prince Frederick office.
