ANNOUNCED THIS WEEK

In addition to the updates announced to the USGA Handicap System this week, the USGA also revealed updates to the Rules of Golf for 2018. Although these changes might not greatly affect the average golfer, they will definitely affect the way we watch the game in the new year.
