Men Still Dominate Media Across All Platforms
The Women's Media Center study,  Divided 2017: The Media Gender Gapexamined who provides coverage for the top 20 news outlets shows.

Female journalists continue to report less of the news than male journalists. The study found that the disparity exists in newspapers, online news, wire services, and television news, but is especially stark in TV news.

Women are not equal partners in telling the story, nor are they equal partners in sourcing and interpreting what and who is important in the story.
