Ever drive down the road and have a squirrel jump out in front of you and just dance? It can't seem to figure out how to get out of the way.
With decision making, many people seem to act the same way. They wring their hands, seek more and more data and end up procrastinating until it is too late. For some it is the fear of failure, others, making a mistake or getting hurt and still others making someone mad.
Yes, there is always a risk. Such is life. Better it is to put our best foot forward and make a decision. If we make a mistake, we learn from it and make a better one next time.
