Atilus has hired Valerie Baker and Ryan Shawgo, expanding the digital design firm's presence in Southwest Florida. Baker is a client services and digital marketing specialist. Shawgo, an experienced designer, will be supplementing the expanding team by producing top-quality websites and graphics for Atilus' many local and national clients. 


Fiddler's Creek again has been recognized as a Firewise Community - a designation it has attained yearly since 2010 - for implementing community-wide safeguards designed to protect residents from wildfire danger.


GATES Construction  has completed the interior build-out of a new restaurant, Blackjack Pizza & Salads, located in the new Askar Center of Bonita Springs. GATES also constructed the 7,500 SF Askar Center of Bonita Springs for Askar Properties located at 28245 South Tamiami Trail in Bonita Springs that houses the pizzeria. 


Stevens Construction has been awarded the construction management services of an expansion at Estero United Methodist Church at 8088 Lord's Way St. in Estero. The project includes extensive site improvements with new and reconfigured parking to accommodate 202 paved spaces and enhanced landscaping. Stevens Construction is adding 12,957 square feet to the existing church, which will house new classrooms, a nursery, administrative offices, meeting rooms, library and break area. Designed by Disney & Associates, PA, the project will be completed while the church remains in operation throughout construction. Construction will be completed in spring of 2018.

 
Synergy-Custom Technology Solutions, has been granted a license to sell, design, program, and maintain Crestron systems and products. "Adding Crestron to our repertoire rounds out our services as a custom home integration company. We will continue to serve our clients with Savant and Lutron, however the addition of Crestron allows us to serve literally any luxury homeowner." said Jeremy Rearden, co-owner & CTO.
