May is Older Americans Month.
Bring your friends and join us May 11 at the south side of the State Capitol (N Street) for the 2017 SENIOR RALLY DAY! Rally and Exhibits start at 10:00 a.m. Last year 500 individuals attended the rally. Check us out at Facebook @SeniorRallyDayCa to see the excitement at last year's rally.
Purpose: Seniors Count! This Rally provides an opportunity to raise awareness about the many issues facing older Californians such as: proverty, healthcare, family caregiving, transportation and housing. No matter your age, come show your support for California's older adults.
Speakers: Legislators, policy experts and advocates.
Lunch: Lunches provided after the program for those that pre-register.
