My Baby & Me Spotlight
Each month, we will highlight the wonderful work being done through our My Baby & Me Program's Pregnancy Educator, Rebecca.

March Spotlight:

My Baby & Me participants were reporting a desire for more regular contact with our Pregnancy Educator. Our program responded, increasing the frequency of calls. This update has led to:

  • an increase in number of coping skills developed
  • stronger relationships, resulting in improved transparency
  • lower levels of missed call

"I have noticed an overall theme that no matter where a woman is on her journey, life is going to throw challenges and struggles. Having frequent contact throughout the pregnancy has been beneficial to the participants."
- Rebecca, MBM Pregnancy Educator

Much like journaling, research has shown reading to be helpful for stress reduction. This month we're combining the two for a light-hearted edition of 'Care For You'.  Channel your inner Dr. Seuss and get your creative juices flowing with this fun story-writing exercise Enjoy!
