Dinner Lecture at the Rookery
Future of Martens in NW Wisconsin
Thursday, March 23

Martens have been reintroduced to Wisconsin 4 times in 50 years. In 2013 and 2014, Phil Manlick, PhD candidate at the University of Wisconsin, researched martens near Clam Lake. Now, with the help of that data, he will discuss the limitations to reintroduction success in Wisconsin and the future of martens in the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest.

The program begins at 5:30 PM, with optional dinner and conversation after the presentation. Register in advance by calling the Cable Natural History Museum (715-798-3890). $5 member/$10 non-member.
