May 23rd -- Anxiety in Autism Spectrum Disorders: Symptom Evaluation and Medication Treatment. Dr. Todd Levine from Warren Alpert Medical School of Brown University, explores how anxiety symptoms may appear in those with ASD and discusses medication treatments options (Audience: Adults).

June 20 -- Therapeutic Treatments of Anxiety for Adults with Asperger/Autism Profiles.  Learn about conventional and complementary therapy available for managing and reducing anxiety.  Tonay White, an expressive arts therapist and mental heath counselor shares alternative intervientions for adults: mindfulness, acupuncture, yoga, and exercise (Audience: Adults). 

July 12 -- The Diagnosis and Phamacotherapy of Co-morbid Anxiety Disorders in Children and Adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.  Dr. Chris McDougle, Director of the Lurie Center for Autism will review medications used to treat anxiety and anxiety disorders in children and adolescents with ASD (Audience: Parents of children and teens).

July 26 -- Anxiety Treatments for Children with ASD: Alternatives to Medication.  Elizabeth Lops, Pediatric Neuropsychologist, Ann-Noelle McCowan, Therapeutic Yoga Specialist from NESCA and Holly Pelletier, Licensed Accupunturist, review alternative treatments to medication for anxiety: cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based approaches to psychotherapy for anxiety; therapeutic yoga for reduction of anxiety symptoms, and the effects of accupuncture to reduce physiological symptoms of anxiety (Audience: Parents of children and teens)
