The Ambassador Program is Growing!
Ambassadors are the knowledgeable people who serve at the Welcome Desk on Sunday mornings. We have also added another Ambassador area at the top of the stairs in the FLC. These people greet and provide any information they can about Keller UMC. Here are some reasons why they love to serve in this program:
I love being an ambassador at Keller UMC. The ambassadors are wonderful for the people who step through our church doors for the first time and also for the church members that have been with us for years. Ambassadors enjoy helping other people. We answer all kinds of questions, direct people to the right locations, help them sign up for the next Bible study or help them find a Sunday school class for each member of their family. I'm honored to a part of this wonderful program.
-Tonya Minton
Volunteering as Ambassadors has given us a great opportunity to serve Keller UMC by welcoming guests and members, as well as provide them information on upcoming events, Sunday school class locations or anything they may need help with. What we enjoy more than providing a service to our church members and guests, is the time we get to spend interacting with members and guests between services.
-Mickey and Lauren Shelley
We are looking for people to serve for about 35 minutes before every service beginning on Easter weekend. If you are interested or need more information, please contact
Kim Kuhlman.
