Our ENTERPRISE CENTER PROGRAMS are growing by leaps and bounds! Here are the latest NUMBERS:

For our newest program, we have interviewed 75 individuals and have admitted 57 offenders as part of our GATEWAY program.
  • These Enterprise GATEWAY classes are now in full swing, 2 days a week, 4 hours a day for the next 4 months, in 4 seperate groups/classes at the Stanislaus County Safety Center and the Day Reporting Center. Our goal? Help the offenders to reunite with their families in a healthy way and transformed into the people they truly want to be so they don't even THINK about going back to their former way of living.
  • Enterprise COMMUNITY has 10 new students, building on the success of the past three programs at the Modesto Gospel Mission. More changed and equipped lives!

  • Enterprise MIGRANT has been underway since last summer and our 60+ students are progressing well with several sitting for required exams. On their way to their futures!

  • And our Enterprise LIFE (follow up support for our graduates) is going well, too! Several students are getting the on-going help they need to get on their path to success.

  • Our ENTERPRISE TRANSFORMATION WORK is now going on in 10 different locations throughout the county

"Enterprise Restart teaches the skills necessary to cultivate your own success; plant seeds of wisdom, weed out negative self-talk, and harvest positive results."

JUAN Palacios-Novoa graduated the RESTART program and then graduated the New Life Program at the Modesto Gospel Mission last month.
Juan is now working full-time at Mercer Foods and well on track to a successful future!
"I am so grateful for ENTERPRISE RESTART and the opportunity to RESTART my life!"  Here he is with Kevin Carroll, CEO of the Mission and (on the right) with Executive Director, Dr. Geni Boyer, at a recent Enterprise LIFE lunch gathering. We are so proud of our successful graduates and are looking to many more in the months ahead!

I chatted with Amber who told me she was a RESTART participant…she was quite poised in conversing with a total stranger.Your RESTART program is making impact in people’s lives!

In our Enterprise  COMMUNITY classwe have a vibrant new group of students who are all part of the Modesto Gospel Mission New Life Program. This means that they have made a faith commitment and are working the steps required for Mission-graduation.

Each student is eager to turn their backs on their old lives and RESTART their futures by learning new healthy skills and habits and behaviors that will help them become self-sufficient. Transformation Time!!

They will learn how to 'Get a job they love and keep it' by learning new ways to live.

Dr. Geni Boyer and Laura Elkinton comparing notes as they complete interviews at the Safety Center and the Day Reporting Center, preparing for our GATEWAY program to begin. One student said: I think this class is going to open my eyes to aspects of myself that I can work on to improve my quality of life!"

Thank you officers for assisting in this process!!
