A public meeting will be held by the Board to review the following items:
Please be advised there will be a public meeting held by the Amberley Village Board of Zoning Appeals Tuesday, April 4, 2017 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the Amberley Village Municipal Building, 7149 Ridge Road. The public meeting will be held to review the following item:
 
Mercy Health has submitted a site plan to construct a 15,000 sq. ft. medical office building on the 2.1 acre leased portion of the North Site property.  Village Code Section 154.83 requires a site plan review by the Board of Zoning Appeals and a public hearing when there are variances requested.
 
The three related variances from the North Site District Regulations are as follows:
 
  1. A variance is required for section 154.78 to allow the east parking lot to encroach into the required setback along Ronald Reagan Highway.
  2. A variance is required for section 154.81 (B) to allow for the 130' continuous facade on the south side of the proposed structure (along Ronald Reagan Highway).
  3. A variance is required for section 154.82 to allow a second monument sign to be place at the eastern entrance to the facility and three additional building signs to be placed on the east, west and the north facades.
If you are interested in reviewing the application you may do so Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Amberley Village Municipal Building, 7149 Ridge Road or you may attend the April 4, 2017 Board of Zoning Appeals public meeting.
