Spotlight:  Hershey Expands

Sweet news in Augusta County - Hershey to increase production and create 69 new jobs as the Stuarts Draft facility announces its eighth expansion. Established in 1980, Hershey now employs over 900 citizens throughout the Shenandoah Valley.
With new jobs and a continued commitment to delicious chocolate, Hershey is a critical component to the Augusta County economy. The new jobs as well as the retraining of current employees will be supported by both Augusta County and the Virginia Jobs Investment Program.
