Jewish Trendsetters: Insights from Entrepreneurs

Jewish Trendsetters: Insights from Entrepreneurs provides USC Hillel students with networking and brand-building events led by different panels of cutting edge Jewish Entrepreneurs. The program, created by Campus Engagement Intern, Goldie Fields, class of 2020, not only connects USC Hillel students with Los Angeles’ vibrant professional Jewish community, but brings the community to USC Hillel for interactive panels and roundtables.

Jewish Trendsetters: Insights from Entrepreneurs held its first event on November 7th, welcoming Jewish Entrepreneurs,  Rossane Karmes, founder and designer of the jewelry line Sydney Evan, Marjan Sarshar, owner of the Kreation brand, and Seth Cohen, founding partner of the poke powerhouse, Sweetfin. These progressive Jewish entrepreneurs shared their stories and secrets to success with an audience of Hillel students, including how their Jewish upbringing and values played a central role in creating and managing their brands.
