The students have two big trips this week. We are heading to Chicago, learning how to use the Metra, touring the lakeshore via Segways, visiting and meeting a young, successful entrepreneur named Tony Zipparro from LLT Group. 

Then, this next Friday, March 24th  we get to see the Toyota Plant in Princeton, Indiana courtesy of KC Summers. We still have a few seats left for the tour, and your are all invited to attend. We leave from KC Summers at 9:15 am and return around 5 pm. Contact me at [email protected] and reserve a seat.

Touring Mars


Mars is a very established, privately owned company that began by making candy bars around a kitchen table. 

James Warman and Adam toured us around the companion animal lines and then showed us the very popular pet treats line.



Speaking at the Charleston Rotary

Madeline Babcock and Ridge Boyer presented information about ClassE and the upcoming trade show at the Charleston Rotary this week.
Learning about Justrite Manufacturing

This is the first time ClassE has toured Justrite. They make safety cabinets and gasoline cans that are guaranteed for 10 years. It was an interesting process watching the production of these products.


Aaron and Connie Gilbertie of Aptimune visited us from Indiana and discussed two businesses that Aaron has started. They are building an animal health company that deal specifically with pigs and a crepe shop prototype store that they hope to franchise in the future.
