Calling generations of all nations to the simplicity and purity of devotion to Christ!
Revival in Rogue River, OR

Grace Baptist Church
Rogue River, OR
Snow was falling outside as I waited to begin the first service of the revival at Grace Baptist Church in Rogue River, OR on March 5th. The snow was accumulating. I began to pray that nothing in the weather would hinder what God wanted to accomplish on this day, and that those who needed to hear the Gospel would come. While I prayed, a passage came to mind, "Come now, and let us reason together," Says the LORD, "Though your sins are as scarlet, They will be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They will be like wool" (Isaiah 1:18) . The passage gives a visual picture of transformation. Just after Thanksgiving, Pastor Charlie Granade and I had begun meeting weekly by phone to pray for this revival. Transformation was the theme God led us to pray often. God was reminding me again, through the white snow, of the miraculous power of the Gospel of Jesus Christ to transform the repentant sinner's life. To that I end, I prayed another silent prayer to the Lord before the service began.

15 Salvations at Revival
In that first service and in each service, March 5th-8th, I preached the Gospel of Jesus and God answered our prayers. People raised their hands, indicating a desire
to receive Jesus as Savior and
Lord in every service. Pastor Charlie Granade shared some of his thoughts about the revival:
"Our spring revival was an amazing time where we saw God work in the lives of many people. Not only were 15 people saved, but others recommitted their lives to the Lord! Thank you, Mike Thibodeaux, for being available to lead our services.  We are blessed to have been able to have you here in Southern Oregon. Your sermons were anointed and your leadership in both preparing and carrying out the revival was the best I've ever seen! We are attempting to follow up on all the people who made decisions and are hoping to disciple these folks using discipleship coaches and some Navigator materials."

4 Baptized First Sunday after Revival
Please join us in prayer for Pastor Charlie, the leadership team, and members of the church as they follow up, baptize, and disciple those who made decisions during the revival.

Thank you for your prayers!

What God is Doing in the Men of Simplicity

Moses Lake MOS
Our partnership with area churche s to equip men to live simply and purely devoted to Christ in leading in their homes, churches, and communities continues to be fruitful. Even with bad winter weather in Fe bruary and March, there were still an average of 101 men who were discipled each month. Listen to what a few of the men had to say . . .

"After the death of my wife 3 months previously, I wondered if I should jo in the MOS men's group starting at our church. I'm glad God led me to join. It has helped me focus on God and His purposes. Being simply and purely devoted to Jesus is so foundational. I love being challenged each week by the LORD,by Mike's teaching from th e Bible, and by each of the other men. I'm looking forward to what God has for the next stage of my life." - Ray

Wenatchee MOS
"I was praying wit h some guys from my church, who are not in MOS,last week. One of the guys was struggling with not hearing God. During prayer the Lord brought to my mind a recent study we had in MOS concerning waiting in faith. I shared that message. It was received and encouraged the brother that was struggling. Without that MOS study I may not have had the revelation to share." - Ron

"I'm stepping out with the Lord's great commission, sharing my story with ot hers." - James

"God is teaching me how to lead my family, how to reach out to those around me, to humble myself, and to come into a better relationship with God." - David

Gresham MOS
"I have grown every week and realized personally how awesome of a responsibility I have to be a good husband, a good father and a good leader. I have taken that role much more seriously! We are spending consistent time with the Lord as a family and have seen a change in my wife and my children.I have realized my need for prayer time and spending time with the Lord and strive every day to do that! Our interest in TV and other things that pull us away as a family has dwin dled. It is a tremendous change in my life." - Con

Lake Bible MOS
"I am becoming bolder in professing my faith." - Alan

Thank you for praying for us as we serve and equip the Men of Simplicity!
