the New Mexico Pregnant Worker Accommodation Act, which would ensure that pregnant workers can continue to do their jobs and support their families by having access to reasonable accommodations for needs arising out of pregnancy.
Tell the Governor: 505-476-2200 "Pregnant workers shouldn't have to choose between a healthy pregnancy and their job.Too many pregnant workers are still facing termination, forced to go on unnecessary unpaid leave, or other type of discrimination when they simply need a basic, temporary accommodation from their employer."
