Updated Disability Rights Regulations for Your Business - Educational Seminar 
On July 1, 2017, all businesses must comply with the updated disability rights regulations under the City's Chicago Human Rights Ordinance (CHRO). Learn more about these regulations and how your business can comply at this  free educational seminar presented by Matthew Lango from t he Chicago Commission on Human Relations (CCHR) Board of Commissioners. These new regulations are designed to improve citywide accessibility for all residents and visitors.

Business Survey: All-Gender Restrooms
A research team at the University of Illinois at Chicago is working with the Pride Action Tank to address problems with access to public restrooms in Chicago. They are exploring reactions to a potential new law here in Chicago that would make all single-stall restrooms all-gender, rather than "Men" or "Women."

Please take a moment to fill out this survey to let them know how you feel about policy changes on this issue as a business owner/manager.

43rd Ward Alderman Michele Smith hosts the final public safety forum for police and other agencies to hear constituent concerns and to showcase the best ways we can work together to keep our community safe. Chicago Police Commanders, representatives from the State's Attorney's Office and others are scheduled to attend.

The Friends of Lincoln Park High School (FOLP) online auction is open and runs through March 26. Proceeds go to FOLP and directly fund school and student programs.

Many thanks to all of the LPCC businesses that donated! This auction not only improves programs at LPHS but also benefits our whole community.
