April 7th: Yearbook Orders Due
2016-2017 Yearbooks are printed in full color and are $16.00 each


The deadline for yearbook orders is Friday, April 7th

Holy Week and Easter  at St. Ignatius Parish

April 11th: School Penance Service
The 2nd-8th grade students will have the opportunity to receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation at 1:15 PM on April 11th. 
April 12th-April 18th: Easter Vacation
Easter Vacation will begin with a 12:00 PM dismissal on Wednesday, April 12th. CARES will be in session until 6:00 PM that evening. We will have a prayer service at 11:15 AM in the gym. 

School will be closed for Holy Thursday, Good Friday, Easter Monday, and Easter Tuesday. Classes will resume on Wednesday, April 19th.
April 22nd: Trivia Night
April 25th: Protecting God's Children Lessons
The second part of the Protecting God's Children Lessons will be presented during religion class on Tuesday, April 25th. Copies of the lesson can be found on the Safe Environment page here. If you choose to opt your child out of the lessons, please return the form here.
April 26th: Spring Picture Day
Wednesday, April 26th, is S pring P icture D ay; the students may dress up or down for their  pictures. The 8th graders will have their  pictures taken in their graduation robes.

A paper  picture packet will be sent home in advance of the day.

At that time, you do not need to send in a check or order form; the proofs will first be sent home and then you can decide whether or not you wish to order them. Online payment will also be available; more information will be sent out as well.
April 26th: Barnes & Noble Night
Save the date for Barnes and Noble Night on Wednesday, April 26th. The flyer can be found here. Summer reading books will be available for purchase, reading by teachers, cupcake decorating and more. You can order cupcakes (due April 21st) using the electronic form here
April 29th: Confirmation
With Bishop Michael Fitzgerald, we will celebrate the Sacrament of Confirmation on Saturday, April 29, at 10:00 AM. Three adults and 97 children from St. Ignatius Parish will receive the Sacrament. Rehearsal for all candidates and their sponsors will be on Thursday, April 27, from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM.
April 30th: Vince's Pizza Day
Sunday, April 30th is St. Ignatius Day at Vince's Pizza; be on the look out for the flyer. Vince's will donate a part of the proceeds to support St. Ignatius School.
