Before giving my answer, I took a big breath and then gave myself a few moments for an additional pause.

While the rewards provided to customers and hostesses are similar, the behaviors we want to see from each are different.

Recruiting is one of the most important behaviors we want to see from our independent representatives.  Without recruiting, your direct selling company's sales force will shrink.

Recruiting can be performed by anyone.  This includes new representatives, representatives in the business awhile, new leaders, and leaders who have been in the business a long time.


 

Many think direct sales is a "no brainer."
