Alumni News

Alok Patki (BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology & COCSSBS, 2006) I am a Neurotology Fellow at the House Ear Clinic in Los Angeles. Basically, I've finished my Ear, Nose, and Throat residency, and I'm pursuing a 2-year fellowship for specialized training in ear surgery, which includes cochlear implants and lateral skull base tumors. I have a wife, Madhavi, who is an immigration attorney, and a 15 month old daughter. We're hoping to come back to Arizona, or to Texas where Madhavi's family is from, once I'm done with my fellowship.
David Wasiak (BS in Biochemistry and PSYCBS, 2013) After graduating, I moved back to Las Vegas and worked as a medical scribe in the ED for 2 years. In 2015, I was accepted to medical school at the University of Nevada Reno School of Medicine and am currently a 2nd year medical student.
