YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE SOMEONE'S PROSPECTS
Probably one of the most valuable assets most businesses have is their customer base. Your Company may have the best products and services at the most competitive price, but if you aren't selling those great products and services, your cash register is not ringing.
Whether your Company is a B2B business or a B2C business you need to continually stay in front of your customers. People typically will buy when the need arises, and those need situations can come today, tomorrow, next week, or even next year. I would bet you receive e-mails daily from companies like Amazon, big box retailers, phone providers, some entity that you purchased goods or services from that has your e-mail address and you likely say - Why do they keep e-mailing me?
"WOW, Great Question..."

By Salty Thompson, President of LeaderShift, LLC and a Silver Fox Advisor
"Wow, great question!" As an executive and business advisor, I get an endorphin rush when one of my clients responds in this way to one of my questions. Sometimes, a statement like this is a device they may use to stall or delay their answer or to make time to think about the question I raised. Whether "wow, great question" is a delay device or a genuine reaction to a thought provoking inquiry, it is still good feedback to me as a coach and advisor that I may have struck a nerve or given pause to the executive, thus giving him or her a moment to consider something that had not yet occurred to them.
Several years ago, I had the opportunity to hear Best-Selling author, Daniel Pink speak at a conference. He gave a great talk and made a statement that was a game changer for me and my thinking. He said, "Questions Beat Answers." Simple, yet profound.
