April Recipe~Slow Cooker Greek Potatoes
- 3 lbs. potatoes, cut into quarters or 'fingers'
-2 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp butter
- juice from 1 lemon
-4 cloves of garlic~minced
-1 tbsp oregano, 1 tbsp paprika
-1 tbsp rosemary, salt and pepper to taste
-1/2 cup feta cheese
1) Coat inside of 6 quart slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray
2) Combine potatoes with all the ingredients Except the Feta Cheese.
3) Cook on low 4-5 hours OR High 2-3 hours
4) Serve with crumbled feta cheese on top.
Serve with Easter Ham or Turkey!!
