Earlier this month, EDI held its Puget Sound and Portland Jumpstart event, where Discovery participants were able to meet for the first time. As a group, they also came up with their class names (see below).
EDI is still currently in the midst of its fun and busy Kick-Offs! During this two-day event, participants learn more about early messages and values, especially how it affects perceptions, values, and behaviors at home and in the workplace.

2017 #GiveBIG
"HELP US REACH $20,000 IN 24 HOURS"

This year, EDI has BIG goals for 2017 #GiveBIG. Join us in raising $20,000 in 24-hours for our leadership programs!
Why donate to EDI? Our programs are tuition-based and currently tuition only covers 60% of the total operating cost for the programs. We rely on contributions for the remaining 40%. We do our best to keep our tuition rates competitive to ensure that we can accommodate as many people as possible in our programs.
Double the dollars! Many companies also match a portion of their employees' monetary donations.
