Shabbat Hallelu
Friday, March 31 at 7:45pm
What a wonderful Shabbat service - I was clapping and singing and truly felt the joy of Shabbat. Each month, accompanied by the Hallelu Klezmer band, the sanctuary comes alive as Cantors Sergei and Elena Schwartz lead us in song, dance, praise and worship. Start your weekend feeling energized and uplifted at Shabbat Hallelu!

Help The Social Action Committee

Ongoing Donations
Tzedakah boxes are located in the main lobby and near the sanctuary. This month's donations will be given to Cantor Sergei Schwartz for our sister congregation, Hatikvah in Kiev, Ukraine.

Collections
We will be collecting prom dresses, evening shoes, dressy bags, jewelry and accessories. The Long Island Volunteer Center, in conjunction with Nassau Community College marketing & fashion students, will host a "Prom Boutique". All dresses and accessories will be distributed free of charge to girls of families across the region who cannot easily absorb the expense of a new gown for their prom, awards ceremony, or graduation. Dresses can be hung in the coat room.

Amazon.Smile!  You shop.  Amazon gives.

Amazon will donate 0.5% of the price of your eligible AmazonSmile purchases to Temple Sinai whenever you shop. Same products, same prices, same service.

When you go to Amazon Smile for the first time, you will be asked to sign in to your Amazon account and then search for "Temple Sinai of Roslyn" as the recipient of Smile donations.  That's all there is to it.  Just remember to go to Smile.Amazon.Com instead of Amazon each time you shop.
