New to Pilates and wondering how to get started Let us motivate you! Sometimes, you need a little extra inspiration to get moving! 

Private Pilates   sessions is ultimately the best way to get started and also the best way to fully benefit from your Pilates practice.  During your Private Pilates sessions, one of our highly qualified instructors will provide one on one instruction in our fully equipped studio, with exercises that are programmed specific to your needs, interests and goals.  

Pilates builds and strong core, helping the deep abdominal muscles along with the muscles closets to the spine, increasing strength and flexibility, making you more agile, simultaneously preventing injury, correcting posture, stability & alignment, and increase sports performance.   It also emphasizes complete concentration on smooth, flowing movement, and proper breathing. You'll become acutely aware of how your body feels, where it is in space, and how best to control its movement.

Come and explore the patterns of the mind/body relationship through a deep hip and heart opening sequence under the light of the full moon!   This yoga class is designed to assist the release of what no longer is of service to the body, mind and soul in order to make space for anew!   The class is designed for all levels to feel comfortable and supported with props.
