All juniors will be taking the state provided ACT on Tuesday, March 21st. We encourage students to get plenty of rest, eat a good breakfast and bring their calculator and a couple of pencils. Students must leave all electronic devices in their locker. This includes smart watches and fit bits that can receive and/or send messages.
Last year's juniors, currently seniors/Class of 2017 reached a composite score of 21.5. Our composite goal is 24 by the time each class graduates.
We ask that any appointment that falls between 7:40 and 12:30 to be rescheduled for a different day, if at all possible.
Please help us ensure the following for your junior student:
1. They bring at least 2 sharpened pencils
2. They bring a calculator
3. They need to get plenty of sleep tonight
4. They should eat breakfast on Tuesday morning
5. They leave their cell phone/smart watch in their locker during the test. No electronic devices that send and/or receive messages are permitted in the testing room.
