Hon. Robert S. Brewbaker, Jr. (Ret.) - Charlottesville, VA

The Honorable Bob Brewbaker has joined The McCammon Group after two decades of distinguished judicial service. Judge Brewbaker is a former trial lawyer who for twenty-seven years represented both plaintiffs and defendants in disputes including personal injury and medical malpractice. Following his tenure as a trial lawyer, Judge Brewbaker served as a Juvenile & Domestic Relations judge for a decade, during which time he helped families through the difficult and emotional issues of child custody and visitation. He has served as a mentor for new Juvenile & Domestic Relations judges and also in his community as a member of various boards. Hon. Daniel M. Long (Ret.) - Eastern Shore, MD

The Honorable Danny Long has joined The McCammon Group after thirty years of distinguished public service. Judge Long served as Judge for the Circuit Court of Somerset County for twenty-six years, during which time he served as Circuit Administration Judge and County Administrative Judge. Prior to his appointment to the bench, Judge Long was elected as a member of the Maryland House of Delegates, where he served admirably for seven years while also maintaining a successful private law practice in Somerset and Worcester Counties. Judge Long is a Recipient of the Judge Anselm Sodaro Judicial Civility Award from the Maryland State Bar Association, and he was selected as 2015's "Judge of the Year" by the Litigation Section of the Maryland State Bar Association. The Honorable Burke McCahill has joined The McCammon Group after eighteen years of distinguished judicial service. Judge McCahill first served on the Juvenile and Domestic Relations Court then was elected as a Judge of the Circuit Court, where he served admirably for sixteen years, including two terms as Chief Judge. Prior to his tenure on the bench, Judge McCahill enjoyed a successful career in private practice where his focus was on family law. Among his many credentials, he is a Fellow of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and past chair of the Family Law Section of the Virginia State Bar. A longtime resident of Montgomery County, The Honorable Bill Simmons (Ret.) has served his community as an advocate, civic leader, educator, and distinguished jurist. Prior to his tenure on the bench, Judge Simmons enjoyed a successful law practice providing counsel in a wide array of civil disputes, with a focus on family law. The legal system is not static. It requires regular evaluation and improvement to assure that the needs of the community are being served. As family law professionals, we know it is critical to consider the needs of the parties and their families. We must be the leaders in the continuing evaluation and improvement of the system and address restrictions in the system that impede the prompt, effective, and efficient resolution of family issues.

Many family law cases require early action to stabilize the family and their resources, even when it might be preferable to postpone pursuing an ultimate resolution. TMG's Tiered Fee Schedule: Hourly rates starting at $200 per hour
The McCammon Group (TMG) has a Tiered Fee Schedule in place that reflects the differences in size and complexity of cases. While some may know TMG for our work on larger cases, our Tiered Fee Schedule allows many of our Neutrals to be available in handling even the smallest cases in a cost-effective manner. The hourly rates range from $200 to $575 for VA and MD cases, and $300 to $675 for DC cases. Please click links below to view our fee schedules:
