Thursday 10:00 am Yoga Back Care 

To maintain a healthy body and mind, a strong and flexible spine is key. Nurturing self-awareness and practicing relaxation are very helpful to both pain reduction and healing. Yoga poses are an enjoyable exercise, and with pranayama can always be practiced, whatever stage of life and whatever the obstacles, illness, stress or injury.
