Tuesday 5:30 pm Yoga Stress Relief 

To maintain a healthy body and mind, nurturing self-awareness is key. Yoga is more than stretching and strengthening: It's awareness of self in a surprising and pleasing way. Yoga poses are an enjoyable exercise, and adding the practice of pranayama increases clarity and relaxation. So whatever stage of life you're in,  and whatever the obstacles, illness, stress or injury, you can practice and get the benefits- to feel better.
