Happy March! Spring is just around the corner and the Chamber Office could not be more excited for the upcoming season and all it has in store!

We closed out February with the 24th Annual Grumpy Old Men Festival, and what a fun weekend it was! I hope you had a chance to stop by the Minnow Races, play a game of cribbage, jump in the icy Mississippi, or partake in some of the other fun activities that happened around town. The whole weekend was a blast, and I know I am already looking forward to next year!

March promises to be another great month for Wabasha, and the National Eagle Center will be kicking off the season with SOAR with the Eagles every weekend this month. The Eagle Ambassadors are excited to welcome visitors to the center and teach everyone a little more about these majestic birds. Did you know that eagles can see five basic colors, compared to only three basic colors humans can see? Stop by the National Eagle Center to celebrate SOAR with the Eagles this month and learn more.

I hope everyone has a great March, and please feel free to call the Chamber Office or stop on by if you have any questions or if there is anything we can help you with.

All the best,
Chrissy Dawson, Executive Director
Wabasha-Kellogg Chamber of Commerce & Convention and Visitors Bureau
