Tom Donohue, President & CEO, United States Chamber of Commerce to Present Keynote Address to the District of Columbia Chamber of Commerce
 
Mayor Bowser Will Present 2018 Small Business Green Book & DC Chamber Will Issue 2017 State of Business in the District of Columbia-Twenty Years of Change Since the Revitalization Act
 
(Washington, D.C.) - December 12, 2017 - The DC Chamber of Commerce will host its 2017 Annual Meeting and Chairman's Inaugural Breakfast at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center Wednesday, December 13, 2017 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM.
 
Thomas J. Donohue, President & CEO, United States Chamber of Commerce will present the keynote address. 
 
The Honorable Mayor Muriel Bowser will bring greetings and release the 2018 Small Business Enterprise Opportunity Guide (Green Book) at the DC Chamber's Annual Meeting. It is expected that Mayor Bowser will announce more than $600 million will be spent with the DC Small Business Community in Fiscal Year 2018.
 
"We are honored to give the Mayor a platform comprised of small, medium and large businesses to present the Green Book." said Marie C. Johns, DC Chamber of Commerce Board Chair. "This is a testament to the DC Chamber's strength within the business community and our commitment to providing value to our membership."
 
Vincent Bernard Orange, Sr., President & CEO, DC Chamber of Commerce will issue the 2017 State of Business in the District of Columbia - Twenty Years of Change Since the Revitalization Act. "The DC Chamber worked in partnership with the D.C. Policy Center and the Office of the Deputy Mayor for Planning and Economic Development to release this vital report," said Vincent B. Orange Sr. "The report provides a detailed analysis of the District's fiscal growth, emerging business trends and its thriving business community."
