As we move closer and closer to Easter, we move closer and closer to the day that provides the greatest opportunity of the year to invite people to church.  Some of you are writing invitations on Facebook, and other Social Media: I love that!  Please keep it up.  But let's not settle for just using Social Media.  The method of invitation that is still the most effective, is personal invitation.  Part of the 7 for 7 ministry, which Church 213 has adopted for Easter, is, along with praying for people to be saved, inviting those people to church, especially on Easter Sunday.  So as you pray for your friends and family, ask God to give you the opportunity, and the courage to invite them to Church 213.
Your staff and leadership are doing everything we can to make the Easter Worship Experience at Church 213 friendly and evangelistic so that people will be saved. Our Food ministry team is getting together breakfast foods, our Bible Study team will go out of their way to be friendly and inviting.  Our Front Line ministry will be serving faithfully to make sure guests are greeted warmly, and to make sure everybody feels welcomed and valued.  Now, it is up to us to make sure the chairs are filled.  Please, go out of your way to invite, invite, invite.
Joe Mantheiy will be providing opportunities for personal outreach and evangelism, so please make time to be involved when those opportunities become available.
Let's pray, and "Put feet to our prayers," to make this Easter Sunday will be the most exciting Church 213 has ever experienced.  Let's do our parts, and then #anticipateGod, knowing that it IS His will that we "...Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded..."  He has commanded that we go!  I am so excited to see how God will use you as you make yourselves available to Him.

Missions Opportunity
Savannah Mission Trip
Are you ready to give back? Would you like to teach your child the blessing of giving to others?  Church 213 will be going to Savannah this summer to help Dean Forest Baptist Church expand their church.  We will be doing construction, painting and also doing some area evangelism.  Dean Forest spent a week last year helping us build our new facility so this is a great way to "give back"! Join us on this Sunday, March 19, for an information meeting immediately after church in the youth room.

New Ministry
Church 213 now has a new ministry that will allow our church members to minister to those incarcerated in the Newton County Jail.  Marie Botkin is leading this new ministry where you can write to a prisoner and share the hope of Jesus with them.  We already have some letters from those who are seeking a pen pal.  Contact Marie for more information at rbotkin@aol.com.
