This module towards CPIM Certification is for everyone!

In this course, you will learn to identify the interfaces between the execution and control processes and the other operations planning and control processes. You will also learn how to select execution and control processes that are consistent with the basic business choices. At the end of the session, you will be able to explain the effects of quality and process improvement initiatives on the requirements for the execution and control processes.
