Spring Cleaning: Reduce-Reuse-Recycle

Nearly 100% of clothing can be recycled, yet roughly 85% of used clothing ends up in landfills.  Don't be a bad statistic! Drop off your used clothing at the yellow collection bin at Laverty Football Field, next to the YMCA.
 
Your donation will benefit the Woodbury Steelers Football and Cheerleading teams. Your donations may be tax deductible!
 
 
While you're there take a look at the new concession stand which will be opening soon.

March is Tire Amnesty Month
Tires including auto & pickup tires can be dropped off at the Gloucester County Solid Waste Complex at 493 Monroeville Road, (Rt. 694), South Harrison Township.
 
Tires may be dropped off between March 1 - March 31, 2017
Monday - Friday from 8:30 am to 3 pm and Saturday, March 18 from 8 am - Noon.
(Rain or Shine)
 
There is no charge to drop off your tires. Participation is limited to Gloucester County Residents ONLY. Commercial Businesses are NOT PERMITTED. NOTHING over a passenger pick-up truck tire size will be accepted. Tires may be on or off the rim, but MUST be separated by type. LIMIT of 25 tires per resident.
 
Residents who need directions or have more than 25 tires please contact: the GCIA/Office of Recycling at 856-478-6045.

Every other month, on the third Thursday of the month, the Roadrunners Club of Woodbury will be hosting a Thursday night After Run Networking Party at local Woodbury restaurants.
Their first event was held on March 16, 2017 at the Golden Palace Restaurant, 35 S. Broad Street.






The next Roadrunners After Run Party will be on Thursday, May 18, 2017. Join them at El Manantial, 17 S. Broad Street.

Shop Woodbury is a shop local campaign to encourage residents and visitors to shop in the City of Woodbury. Shop Woodbury cards are available throughout the town. Cards and receipts are collected on a monthly basis and a $50 gift card is awarded to the person who spends the most amount of money in Woodbury in a one month period of time.
