Clive Daniel Home has selected Pam Cardec as its first corporate director of operations. She will be responsible for creating and implementing processes and procedures for the nearly 200 professionals working in both the Naples and Boca Raton Clive Daniel Home locations. Cardec previously worked with Clive and Daniel Lubner for 15 years as an internal audit and inventory specialist, administering physical inventories, completing audits and training new office and operations management on all facets of business administration..

Habitat for Humanity of Lee and Hendry Counties was recently awarded a $5,000 grant from the State Farm Good Neighbor Citizenship Grant program. The funds will be used to purchase materials for the affiliate's homeowner education classes and establish a resource library for Habitat homeowners

Custom home builder Harwick Homes today announced their Augusta grand estate model is nearing 75% completion and is available for purchase, unfurnished, in Bonita Bay, listed at $2.715 million.

Pulte Homes recently started construction of a 9,000 square foot, multi-million dollar resort-style amenity center at Greyhawk at Golf Club of the Everglades in Naples off Vanderbilt Beach Rd., nine miles east of US-41 and Mercato.  The clubhouse will feature a restaurant and dining room, full bar, gathering lounge, card room, fitness center, and movement studio.
