Mornings can feel like we're on autopilot-alarm, shower, hair, teeth, clothes, coffee, breakfast, rush, rush, rush. Somewhere on the list we need to add reflection, thought, prayer, and God. If we do so, if we pray these prayers, we will also add hope, love, kindness, and joy to days that need these gifts of God.
As we listen and speak these prayers, we share sacred time with one another, and become God's people.
