Last Friday, brought the close to Day 28, also known as, Crossover Day. It was a long week as we all worked to ensure our bills were passed through the Senate chamber before the Crossover Day deadline. For more information on the bills we passed, you can read my full week eight below. 

We returned to the Capitol yesterday to begin reviewing the many House bills brought before the Senate. With major issues still on the table, we expect the remaining 11 days to be exciting!
