In Education, everything is about relationships. Relationships between teachers and students, students and students and teachers and administrators. But what about the relationship between teachers and your local industry. How do you build those relationships and sustain them over time? How do you engage local industry partners and begin conversations about work-based learning and curriculum? Where do you begin? This workshop is about starting at the beginning and building a sustainable plan to engage your local industry partners and keep them engaged in advisory committees and work-based learning and actually have them become advocates for your CTE programs across the community.
