How to Deal with Difficult People

Former successful business owner and Full Professor of Psychology Douglas Blom, Ph.D. will lead this session. Yes, difficult people are, in fact, difficult to deal with. They can be employees, customers or suppliers, as well those out side of our businesses. In the workshop we will explore this topic and in the process be better able to recognize that it is not so much that they are problem people. Rather it is that their behavior is the problem. This SCORE workshop will provide you with proven methods to overcome these challenges.

You will learn why difficult people behave this way and develop strategies to overcome such difficulties. The workshop includes a presentation, examples and group discussion so that you will leave with concrete skills on how to deal with your most difficult people

This workshop will benefit anyone who has customers, suppliers, or team members that work together and wants to increase the productivity of their business.

Pre-registration is required and a fee of $25 will be used to defray our costs - but you can bring one guest for free. Lunch is providedMax class size of 10 so register now
