The response to our recent call for donations has been overwhelming , and we have the  concrete  evidence to prove it! W e encourage you to visit the newly-paved trail section that begins at Elm Street and will run to Floyd Street. Parking is available at the Newton County parking deck.  Note that the trail is open to pedestrians and bicyclists only. No motor vehicles, except motorized wheelchairs, are permitted.

To celebrate the trail paving accomplishment, please join us on Wednesday, April 5 at 5:45 PM for the Rail Trail Ribbon Cutting, Naming Ceremony and Second Annual Every Body Walk Newton kick off By sustaining our great momentum with your continued membership, sponsorships, and donations, we can move ever closer to the long-standing vision of a 15-mile rail trail across Newton County.
