Quick Response to Nursing Questions
Just a phone call away, Anna provides quick response to nursing questions for her patients across our region who are part of the Integrated Comprehensive Care Program at St. Joe's.

Anna helps create continuity for patients and families in terms of their care, so things aren't so disjointed when they leave hospital to go home.

T his spring, join a community of fundraisers going the distance for St. Joe’s!
Packers’ Trackers began as a joint initiative between Terry Booth and Andrea Engerer, of St. Joe’s Diabetes Clinic, and two Hamilton family physicians, Dr. Richard Packer and Dr. Tamar Packer. The walking group – made up of patients ranging in age and stages of health – has grown from 9 to over 50 strong.

This spring, they are walking the Around the Bay 5k and fundraising for St. Joe’s Youth Wellness Centre, to support accessible and expert mental health care for youth in the region.

Will you go the distance for St. Joe’s? Register to fundraise or make a donation at www.stjoesfoundation.ca .
