Get your clients to love you:
- On your voicemail message, say when you will call them back (example: I will return your call within 48 business hours)
- Keep current on Facebook (post at least 3 times per week) and other social media efforts
- Hand written thank you cards
- Give them value, not just sales pitches
- Make sure your clients know all the lines of insurance you offer
