  • They don't return phone calls
  • They start something (like Facebook) then stop
  • Not answering emails

Get your clients to love you:
  • On your voicemail message, say when you will call them back (example: I will return your call within 48 business hours)
  • Keep current on Facebook (post at least 3 times per week) and other social media efforts
  • Hand written thank you cards
  • Give them value, not just sales pitches
  • Make sure your clients know all the lines of insurance you offer
